Kathryn is a Customer Success Manager at Punch!, an award-winning Account Based Marketing Agency that seeks to deliver strategic sales value through a fully personalised approach. Prior to that, she worked at Edelman developing and delivering global marketing communications campaigns for Shell’s B2B businesses and at BCM PR delivering B2B campaigns for global companies across a range of sectors.
She graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing and has a CIPR Advanced Certificate in PR. She has a particular interest in leveraging creative communications and content combined with strategic insights to provide engaging, personalised experiences from brands.
